Booking + policies
- A $75 non-refundable retainer reserves your date and time. It is applied to your session fee, and it can be transferred once if you need to reschedule.
- After we confirm the date, time and location, Amy emails you an invoice for the retainer. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.
- There is no online checkout on this website. To book, send Amy a booking request (or email her) and she will confirm how to pay with your invoice.
- Family collections include up to 5 immediate family members; each additional person is $30.
- Additional retouched images are $30 each, with discounted digital bundles available.
- Travel or location permit fees may apply outside the Rock Island and Nashville area and are always agreed before booking.
- Hair and make-up, rush editing and extra retouching are available for an added fee.
- Galleries stay online for 14 days. Reopening a gallery for another 7 days is $50.
- Active military and veterans receive 10% off any session.
- Referrals: when someone you refer completes a session, you receive a $25 credit toward your next one.
